The Bryan Community School of Dance is proud to be celebrating our 17th anniversary! Since 1992 we have been providing quality dance education to hundreds of dedicated dancers throughout the tri-state area. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Bryan and the surrounding communities for your enthusiastic support of our program.

Over the years, the Bryan Community School of Dance has received local, regional, and national recognition. In addition to receiving commendations from the Governor of Ohio and former President Bill Clinton, we have also had the honor of being the only dance school invited to represent the state of Ohio at The International Dance Festival in Los Angeles, California. Our students have enjoyed the excitement of performing award-winning choreography. Many have continued on to pursue professional dance careers through Broadway performances, professional dance companies, performing arts schools, and university programs.

Located in the historic Masonic Temple building, the studio offers a spacious lobby, two dance studios, one 40'/50' and the other 35'/40'. The Shaffer School of Piano is also located in the Masonic Temple. Piano and keyboard lessons, taught by Kevin Shaffer, are presented with a contemporary approach, while focusing on the fundamentals of technique and music theory.

The Bryan Community School of Dance continues to offer professional dance education for many ages and skill levels. We offer ballet, ballet technique, pointe, lyrical, jazz, tap, musical theater and hip hop classes and workshops. We also provide Pilates instruction to students and adults taught by a certified Pilates instructor.
